Hello-

My name is Suzon Pianga. Thanks for by stopping by my site.


I've been writing most of my life, but primarily as journaling and I was published in my College Writing Club magazine. I’ve dabbled for awhile with screenwriting, but it didn’t feel like the right fit. 

I’ve been blogging for about 8 months. This feels like the right fit. I really enjoy it. This website is dedicated to the pursuit of living a healthy lifestyle. 

I try to practice what I preach…I’ve done Keto and Intermittent Fasting for 7 years. I walk, hike and practice Ashtanga Yoga. Working on the Meditation thing.I love cooking and creating new healthy recipes. 

I’ve studied Nutrition and Psychology my whole life. 

I love strong French Pressed coffee. That’s what fuels my writing. Along with Trance Music.

Working on publishing a book on macaws. Birds are a huge part of my life.




I try to hike or kayak as often as I can. Still working a 9-5 and writing on the side. Writing takes priority over outdoor activities. 

Sometimes, I have to settle for cruising in my Jeep. Just had the light bar removed. 





I also write on Medium. I am slowly getting more knowledgeable about blogging and marketing my content. I am hoping soon I’ll be able to Freelance Write as a living.
